Social media management your clients can log into
Plan the month, get it approved, report on it. One calendar per client, in your branding.
Early access opening soon. Australian made, priced in AUD.
Example figures
Every client sees their calendar, their numbers, their approvals. Never another client's.
Your work lives in your own workspace, so it stays yours. Leaving is not an export. How that works
Australian dollars, GST inclusive. No conversion surprise on your card at the end of the month.
Your branding on every client portal, not ours. Colours, logo, the lot.
Your whole month, one tab.
One workspace in place of your calendar spreadsheet, your approvals thread, your screenshot folder, your reporting deck and the client email asking what is going out this week.
Five steps, start to finish, and the client is inside four of them. This is the workflow the product is built around, and two of the five are still being finished.
- 01Plan the month
Drop posts on the calendar, set the pillar, write the caption, attach the asset.
- 02Send it for approvalComing soon
They see the post, not a PDF. Approve or ask for a change on the post itself.
- 03Schedule and publishComing soon
Approved work moves through the pipeline to scheduled, then live.
- 04Report on its own
Reach, engagement and ad spend land in their portal without you touching it.
- 05Do it again
Last month's numbers sit beside next month's plan, so the strategy talk writes itself.
You and your client, looking at the same month.
Build the month once. Your client opens the same calendar in their own login, in their own branding, and can see exactly what is going out and when.
No more sending a screenshot of a spreadsheet and hoping they read it.
- Per client calendar
- Post composer
- Drag to reorder
- Pillar colour coding
- Client facing view
Feedback on the post, not in your DMs.Coming soon
Your client approves, requests a change, or leaves a comment on the post itself. You see what is waiting and how long it has been sitting. The whole thread stays attached to the content, so nothing gets lost in a text message at 9pm.
- Approve or request change
- Comment thread per post
- Waiting time visible
- Reminder nudges
Their half of the app, in their colours.
Your client logs in to their own portal, not a shared inbox and not a PDF. Their brand, their name, their numbers. Yours is the only agency name on it, and they cannot see another client of yours anywhere.
Good afternoon, Mia
Property, without the fluff.

Example figures
The monthly report writes itself.
Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and Google Business Profile pulled into one client facing dashboard, with goals and targets you set and edit inline. Your client stops asking "so what did we get for this month" because the answer is already open in their portal.
- Meta Ads
- Google Business Profile
- Goals and targets
- Scheduled PDF send
Example figures
Five staff who never call in sick.Coming soon
REVA writes the reporting. KURI finds and scores leads. KIRA reads the market. LARA runs the schedule. LILLY keeps the inbox tidy. They do the admin that eats your Sunday, and they show their working so you can check it before a client ever sees it.
Agents sit on the Agency plan.
- REVA reporting
- KURI leads
- KIRA research
- LARA scheduling
- LILLY inbox
Eight steps from enquiry to first post.
Qualify, proposal, agreement, welcome pack, brand intake, access, kickoff, first content delivery. Tick them off as you go and the client watches their own progress bar fill. New clients stop wondering whether anything is happening.
- Proposal to kickoff flow
- Brand intake form
- Access checklist
- Activity log
- Contract signing
Connects to the accounts you already run.
Hook up a client's accounts once and their numbers land in the portal on their own. We only claim what actually pulls data today.
Four connected today, four on the way. The page will say so the day that changes.
It lives in your Notion, so it stays yours.
The work goes into a Notion workspace that belongs to you. The calendar, the captions, the approvals, the reporting history. Not a database we own with an export button bolted on. Your account, your billing and your plan settings live in our app, because that is where that sort of thing has to live.
So if you walk away, nothing has to be rescued. Your work is already sitting where it has always been, under your account, and we make no claim to any of it. The day we stop working together, our access ends and yours does not.
Pay for the clients you have, not the ones you might.
Every plan in Australian dollars, GST inclusive. Start on one client and move up when the book grows.
Billed monthly. Yearly billing arrives at launch, two months free.

The bits people ask first
Is it actually live yet?
Parts of it. The calendar, the client portal, the reporting pages and the onboarding flow are built, and our own agency runs its client work on them every week. Nothing has been sold to anyone yet, which is why the buttons on this page put you on a list instead of taking your card. Approvals and the full agent suite are next, and anything marked coming soon on this page is not finished. You will not be sold something that does not exist.
Can my client log in and see their own stuff?
Yes, that is the whole point. Each client gets their own login, their own calendar, their own numbers, themed in their brand. They cannot see any other client, and they do not need a tutorial to use it.
How is this different to the big schedulers?
Most of them are built for one brand posting for itself, then bolted on a client mode later. This was built the other way round, by someone running an agency, so the client view came first. It is also Australian, in AUD, and you can email the person who built it.
Does it post for me?
Not yet. Right now it plans, approves and reports. Auto posting is on the roadmap and will be marked clearly on this page the day it works, not before.
What happens to my data?
The work lives in your own Notion workspace, and each client sits in their own separate databases, not just hidden from each other in the interface. Your account and billing details sit in the app itself. Because the work is in your Notion, leaving is not an export. It is already yours, we claim none of it, and our access ends when the relationship does.
You have outgrown the spreadsheet.
Join the waitlist and two things happen.
- Your launch rate is locked and confirmed in writing, before prices are announced.
- You get in first when early access opens, with a setup call to move your clients across.
You are on the list
We will email you the moment early access opens.
